2. Services

Astrix Studios provides creative, design, development, and AI-related services, including but not limited to:

• Branding & Identity

• Web Design & Development

• Application Design & Development

• Art Direction

• 3D & Motion Design

• AI & Automation Solutions

All services are delivered as per mutually agreed proposals, scopes, and timelines.

3. Engagement & Scope

• Every project is governed by a proposal, agreement, or written confirmation.

• Scope is strictly limited to what is defined in that document.

• Any additional work will be treated as out-of-scope and billed separately.

4. Payments & Fees

• Projects require advance payment before initiation unless agreed otherwise.

• Payment structures may include:

  • One-time project fee

  • Milestone-based payments

  • Monthly retainers

• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Delayed payments may result in:

  • Project pause

  • Withholding of deliverables

  • Additional charges

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All work, designs, code, systems, concepts, and deliverables created under Astrix Studios are legally owned and executed under ADITYA DEOKAR LLP, including its associated entities:

• RUYA PRIVATE LIMITED

• WTFRUCHIT PRIVATE LIMITED

These entities may collaboratively contribute to project execution, delivery, and intellectual property creation.

Ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client only upon full and complete payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.2 Usage Rights

• Astrix retains the right to:

  • Showcase work in portfolio

  • Use work for marketing and promotional purposes

5.3 Third-Party Assets

• Any third-party assets (fonts, plugins, stock, etc.) may carry separate licenses.

• The client is responsible for maintaining such licenses where required.

6. Revisions & Feedback

• Projects include a defined number of revisions (as per proposal).

• Additional revisions may be billed.

• Delays in feedback may affect timelines.

7. Timelines

• Timelines are estimates based on:

  • Scope clarity

  • Client responsiveness

Astrix is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Late feedback

• Scope changes

• External dependencies

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business, technical, or strategic information shared during the engagement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Astrix Studios shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities

• Third-party failures (hosting, APIs, tools, etc.)

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement:

• With written notice

• Subject to settlement of completed work

No refunds for completed or ongoing work.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated Terms.
